PP12 is a single-chamber stand-alone vacuum packaging machine designed for packaging food and non-food products in barrier film. The machine is made of stainless steel and is suitable for meeting various specific production requirements.

The standard machine is equipped with two sealing bars (480 mm) and a vacuum pump with a capacity of 63 m³/h. A model with two parallel sealing bars (660 mm) or two perpendicular bars (580+480 mm) is available. A version with a vacuum pump with a capacity of 100 m³/h, a modified atmosphere packaging system (MAP) or a thermal film cutting system is also available.

The machine is equipped with a microprocessor controller with digital vacuum measurement. It can store up to 25 packaging programmes with unique names. Each programme allows you to edit all the main parameters of the packaging process (vacuum [%], gas [%], sealing time [s], cutting time [s], etc.). These parameters are displayed on the LCD display in real time during packaging.

The PP22 is TEPRO’s most compact two-chamber vacuum machine. The device’s efficiency is doubled because one chamber can be loaded with product while the packaging process is taking place in the other. This means that both the machine and the operator can work without interruption.

The machine is made of stainless steel and equipped with a single lid for two chambers with two sealing bars (490 mm). The lid moves alternately between the chambers using handles supported by a special spring system.

The device is equipped with a microprocessor controller with digital vacuum measurement. It can store up to 25 packaging programmes with unique names. Each programme allows you to edit all the main parameters of the packaging process (vacuum [%], gas [%], sealing time [s], cutting time [s], etc.).

All parameters are displayed on the LCD screen in real time during the packaging process.

The PP4.2E vacuum packaging machine is designed for packaging various food and technical products, as well as banknotes and coins in a special version of the machine.

Made of stainless steel, the PP4.2E model is equipped with a transparent cover and an intuitive electronic controller with a pressure gauge. The machine complies with hygiene requirements and is easy to clean thanks to the special shape of the chamber and the removable sealing bar.

The PP4.2E is equipped with a reliable AT8 TEPRO pump with a capacity of 8 m³/h. The chamber dimensions are 310 x 365 x 125 mm.

The device is made of stainless steel and has been designed with hygiene and ease of cleaning in mind. The machine is equipped with a sturdy transparent lid that allows you to observe the packaging process.

The PP5.6 is equipped with a reliable TEPRO AT21 pump with a capacity of 21 m³/h.

By default, the PP5.6 packer is equipped with a single-seam sealing bar and a device for trimming excess bag material.

The machine is equipped with a microprocessor controller with digital vacuum measurement. The device can store up to 25 packaging programmes with unique names.
