1. RECEIVING GOODS AT THE MULTIPACK OFFICE

Receiving goods at the Multipack office premises “Mālkalni”, Mārupe Municipality, is suitable if you wish to collect your order without paying a delivery fee.

1.1. Order Collection Procedure

To collect your order in the office

2. When the goods are ready for collection, you will receive a notification at the email address you provided.

3. After receiving the notification, go to the Multipack Customer Service Department.

4. Show the employee the email with your order number.

5. Receive the payment confirmation document and proceed to the order pickup point.

1.2 Order Collection on Behalf of a Legal Entity

Orders placed on behalf of a legal entity with post-payment may only be collected by:

• authorized officers of the legal entity (e.g., board members, procurators);

• authorized persons with a valid written authorization.

The authorization can be sent in advance to ishop@mpack.lionssolution.com.

Goods are issued only upon presentation of a personal identification document (e.g., passport or ID card).

1.3 Additional Conditions

• Goods can be collected on working days from 08:30 to 17:00.

• Payments can be made in cash, by payment card, or by bank transfer.

• The order must be collected within 3 working days after the notification that the order is ready. This notification will be sent to your email or you will receive a call from a mpack.lionssolution.com customer consultant.

• If a longer pickup period is required, please inform us in advance by writing to ishop@mpack.lionssolution.com.

• Minimum order amount – 30.00 EUR including VAT.

 
2. COURIER DELIVERY TO THE SPECIFIED ADDRESS

Courier delivery ensures that the goods are delivered to the address specified by you throughout the territory of Latvia and Lithunia.

2.1. Delivery Fee in LATVIA

  • Free delivery – for orders over 99.99 EUR
  • 12.10 EUR – for orders up to 99.99 EUR

2.2. Delivery Fee in Lithuania:

  • Free delivery – for orders over 199.99 EUR
  • 18.15 EUR – for orders up to 199.99 EUR

2.3. Delivery Fee in Estonia:

  • Free delivery – for orders over 199.99 EUR
  • 18.15 EUR – for orders up to 199.99 EUR

2.4 Delivery Time and Communication

  • Delivery is made within 2–5 working days after order confirmation.
  • The courier will contact you to arrange the delivery time.
  • If the recipient does not answer the courier’s calls, delivery will be postponed to the next working day.

2.5 Payment Methods

When choosing courier delivery, the following payment methods are available:

  • internet banking;
  • bank transfer (after receiving the invoice by email);
  • cash upon delivery.

 
3. CARRY-IN / UNLOADING SERVICES

3.1. Shipments up to 30 kg

• The courier will unload and carry the shipment to the first safe place inside the premises (through the door, but not into rooms or around the yard).

• No additional loading service is required.

• Exception: oversized or palletized goods are not carried inside the premises.

3.2. Shipments over 30 kg

If at least one package exceeds 30 kg (e.g., large equipment, rolls of film or paper, etc.), the courier will only assist with unloading from the vehicle

3.3. Additional Unloading Service

• For shipments weighing 30–80 kg, unloading can be ordered for 19.99 EUR (the service is performed by two courier-loaders).

• If the total weight exceeds 80 kg, the unloading service is not provided.

 
4. ACCESS FOR DELIVERY VEHICLE

Delivery is carried out by cargo transport to the specified address.

The buyer must ensure that the vehicle can access the unloading location; otherwise, delivery will not be possible.
